Sublet Agreement
We at BK Rents allow tenants the option of subletting their rooms. Subletting is excellent for those individuals who are unable to occupy the premises for the entirety of the agreed term. Once you have found a candidate, fill out the Sublet Agreement Form and submit the form to: bkrents@outlook.com
Parking Agreement
We offer both non-covered and covered parking options for our tenants. Parking is an extra charge and there are only limited parking spots are available! Once the parking agreement has been completed, simply submit the form to: bkrents@outlook.com.
