Do you require a deposit?

At BK Rents we require last months rent payment plus a $200 key deposit upon signing. The key deposit will be refunded once the lease period expires and no damages have occurred.

Are the suites furnished?

Suites and bedrooms come fully furnished. Living rooms come with plenty comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV. Kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a kitchen table. Bedrooms come with a single bed, large study table, and a chair.

Can I sublet my room?

Yes, subletting your room at BK Rents is permitted. It is your responsibility to find a subtenant for your room. Simply fill out the sublease form and submit the form to our office.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in any of our properties. Here at BK Rents we aim to protect those who may be allergic and provide a clean environment where all tenants feel comfortable and safe.

Are utilities extra? Internet?

Utilities (gas, water, heating) at 333 Lester street will be included in the monthly payments. Hydro will be an extra charge and is charged per unit (Approx. $5-$10 per person). High-speed unlimited wireless and wired internet will be included in the monthly rent payments.

Who do you rent to?

We rent to both individuals and groups. Groups of five(5) people are preferable, however we can accommodate individuals based on their roommate preference.

I need something fixed?

We have a reliable maintenance technician to solve any issues that may arise. Simply submit a maintenance request and please allow for up to 48 hours for small repairs to be completed.
